dr. Jean-Pierre Segers holds a PhD in Economics and Management from the Université de Liège, HEC-ULg (Belgium). He is visiting professor at Riga Technical University (Latvia) and Hasselt University (Belgium). He is a research fellow at Université de Liège and strategy advisor at PXL University of applied sciences (Belgium). He is the founder/past-chairman of StudentStartUP, the PXL-UHasselt Centre for Entrepreneurship. His main research interests are pharma and biotech, ecosystems, open innovation and entrepreneurship (+ EntEd).
